Youth mentoring requires patience, perserverence, diligence, consistency, trustworthiness caring, and above all healthy relationships to bridge the gap between under standing and misunderstanding our youth. We intend on making it a brighter day by providing resources and creating an arena for better decisioning making. We are fostering a climate of change. This is done by not pretending day by day that someone some where will make change, but empowering our youth to do so.
We intend to create an atmosphere that promotes Positive Honest and Determined (P.H.D) behaviors in our youth.
Kmmd Consulting Group is a company looking to grow exponentially along with building and cultivating great relationships throughout the community. This will be done; through coaching, developing and challenging youth as we prepare them for their futures. Our intention is for our youth to learn how to start living their best life, along with delivering and creating an exceptional experience to all who are serviced, need service, and will receive services. Kmmd and its associates come with a wealth of experience in Management, Finance, Homeownership/Rental, and Educational Knowledge. Allies with a common interest include but are not limited to: Baltimore Behavioral Health System, Baltimore County Social Service, Langston Hughes Community Business and Resource Center, Youth Empowered Society and The Choice Program at UMBC.
